Support to the Reform of the Judiciary in Serbia in the light of CoE standards

Implemented by the CoE Office in Belgrade, the project aims to actively participate in the process of judiciary reform in Serbia. The project should contribute to establishing legal framework in accordance to the values and standards of the Council of Europe that seek to protect democratic values, human rights promotion and the building of the rule of law. Establishing an independent, efficient, transparent judiciary, available to all is the main goal of reforming Serbia’s judiciary. Experts engaged in the project will analyze the existing regulations and the current situation in order to give proposals and the road map for further reform according to the standards of the Council of Europe.
